We’re so thankful for the men and women who donated to
Teachers’ Supply Closet this back-to-school season on our behalf!
Today we were able to drop off the supply donations received at our station to their location in North Charleston.
We were given a warm welcome by the staff (pictured below with Rob from our sister station 105.5 The Bridge) and a tour of the free store available for all teachers of students in the Tri-County area who work at schools where 69% or more of the students are on the free or reduced meals program.

Twice a year, prior to fall and spring semesters, teachers can shop for supplies and take as much as they’ll need to supply their students. There are two more dates for teachers to shop this semester: August 15th & 17th, from 3PM-5PM.
Our drive has concluded, but Teachers’ Supply Closet (501(c)(3)) can always use more new or gently used supplies and volunteers to help organize and distribute.
