Ray Handel
General Manager
Ray’s a proven Local & General Sales Management executive with 35+ years of success in radio, media, advertising, promotions and events. He has a background in building successful multi‑station broadcast campaigns across radio, event, digital and sponsorships. He loves seeing local businesses succeed and thrive in their community.
Ray loves living in the Charleston area, after moving here 10 years ago from NJ. He has a love for his two daughters that is unmatched and a passion for Italian food. When he’s not working you can probably find him blue claw crabbing, kayaking or just soaking up the sun at Shem’s Creek.
Katie Redfearn
Entertainment Director/Marketing Consultant
A true Carolina girl, Katie grew up in Hickory, NC. After vacationing for many years with her family in here in Charleston, she decided to make a move and call this city her home!
Katie graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. With more than 18 years of experience in media advertising and B2B sales, it’s her mission to help local business owners get results. Along with helping businesses market their brand, Katie also works with many local, regional, and national promoters to support many of the concerts and events in Charleston.
Katie is an animal lover and proud dog/cat mom of 3 furry, 4-legged babies Radley, Ruca, and Oreo. There’s a good chance you’ll find Katie relaxing at the beach, supporting live music, rooting on the Carolina Panthers, or shooting a game of pool.
Carl White
Senior Marketing Consultant
Carl White is a 44-year veteran of major market media, with extensive experience in radio, television, and digital marketing. His campaigns, voice, and creative concepts are currently seen or heard on multiple media outlets in South Carolina and many other markets across the country.
Mr. White attended the University of Florida before beginning his career at WAVW-FM in Vero Beach Florida in 1979. Since then, he has served in various capacities including Production Director, On-Air Personality, and Manager of General Local and National Sales. He was also the President and Creative Director of a national advertising agency. He has worked in various sized markets including small, mid-size, and major.
Mr. White is a Florida native, a 1974 graduate of Perry High School and currently resides in Mount Pleasant.
